When
you register with ispottedu you
agree to all the terms and conditions
of this Agreement.
Please read the following carefully
as they form the agreement between
us. If you do not agree with the
terms and conditions you may not
use any of the services we offer
and you should not proceed to register.
User Agreement
You must agree to abide by all the
terms and conditions within this
agreement in order to become and
remain a user of all the Services
provided by ispottedu.com. As used
in this agreement “we”
and “us” means ispottedu.Your
right to use the Service is subject
to any limitations, conditions and
restrictions established by us from
time to time, in our sole discretion.
We may alter, suspend or discontinue
any aspect of any Service, including
the availability of any Service
feature, database or content at
any time. We may also impose limits
on certain features and aspects
of the Services or restrict your
access to parts or all of any Service
at any time without notice or liability.
Adult you represent, warrant and
covenant that you are 18 at the
point of registration.
Code of Conduct
You agree to abide by the following
code of conduct: -
1. You will keep all information
provided to you by the Service as
private and confidential and will
not distribute such information
without written permission;
2. You will not use any Service
to engage in form of harassment
or offensive behaviour, including
but not limited to posting of communications
or pictures which contain libellous,
slanderous, abusive or defamatory
statements, or racist, pornographic,
obscene, or offensive language;
3. You will not use the Service
to forward chain letters or spam;
4. You will not infringe the privacy
rights, property rights or any other
rights of any person;
5. You will not post messages or
pictures or use the service in any
which violates, plagiarises or infringes
upon the rights of any third party,
including but not limited to any
copyright, trade-mark law, privacy
or property rights or is fraudulent
or otherwise unlawful;
6. You will not use the Service
to distribute, promote or otherwise
publish any material containing
any solicitation for funds for goods
or services;
7. You will not use the Service
to distribute or up-load any virus,
Trojan horses or anything that might
cause harm to ispottedu systems
or any other members’ systems
in any way;
8. You will not post or transmit
in any manner contact information
including, but not limited to email
addresses, “instant messenger”
nicknames, telephone numbers, postal
addresses, URL’s or full names
through your publicly posted messages;
Warranties
We do not warrant that this Service
will be uninterrupted or error free.
There may be delays, omissions and
interruptions in availability. Where
permitted by law, you accept that
the Service is provided without
any warranties of any kind whatsoever,
either expressed or implied, including
but not limited to the implied warranties
of mecrchantability and fitness
to a particular purpose. You accept
that use of the Service is at your
own risk. We do not endorse the
accuracy of profiles or any other
information displayed. You accept
that any reliance placed upon information
shall be at your own risk. You acknowledge
that ispottedu only provides a location
for you to access information.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against
all liabilities, claims and expenses
that may arise from breach of this
Agreement, (including without limitation
all legal fees) by you or through
a machine which you access the Service.
Registration and Security
You undertake to register for ispottedu
using accurate and current information,
including your correct name, address,
telephone number and any other requested
details. You must also ensure that
you are fully entitled to use the
credit/debit/charge card and that
sufficient funds are available.
As part of the Security procedure
you will receive a verification
email from ispottedu, this is to
take reasonable steps to ensure
that you control the email address
you have nominated. The email contains
simple instructions that you must
follow. Registration will promptly
follow clearance of this information
and collection of fee. This means
that you do not have the right to
cancel your payment during the normal
“cooling off” period
provided for certain purchases under
the CPR 2000.
Your account with ispottedu is private
and should not be used by anyone
else; you are responsible for all
usage of your password and should
not allow this to be used bt a third
party. For security or other reasons
we may require you to change your
password or other details.

Governed Law
This Agreement shall governed by
and construed in accordance with
the laws of England and Wales. You
irrevocably agree that the courts
of England and Wales shall have
exclusive jurisdiction to resolve
any dispute or claim, and that the
laws of England and Wales shall
govern. You are responsible for
compliance to applicable laws from
where you are accessing the Service.
We operate from England and therefore
make no representation or warranty
that any information contained herein
is appropriate outside England and
Wales.
Privacy and Use of Information
By accessing the Services you have
also agreed to our Privacy Policy.
You acknowledge that (a) we cannot
ensure the privacy or security of
the information you provide through
the Internet and your email messages,
and you release us from any and
all liability in connection with
the use of such information by others.
(b) We are not responsible for,
and cannot control, the use by others
any information you provide to them
and you must use caution in selecting
the information you provide through
the Service. (c) We cannot assume
any responsibility for the content
of messages and you release us from
any and all liability in connection
with the contents of any communications
you receive from other users. We
cannot guarantee, and assume no
responsibility for verifying, the
accuracy of the information provided
by other users of the Service.
You may not use the Service for
any unlawful purpose, we may refuse
to grant you a, ID or nickname that
impersonates someone else, is protected
by trade-mark or propriety law,
is vulgar or offensive, determined
by us in our sole discretion.
Monitoring of Information
We reserve the right, to monitor
all public postings, messages and
advertisements to verify that they
conform to current guidelines. However,
we cannot and do not guarantee to
review every posting or other material
sent by other users of the Service,
and are not responsible for any
content of such. We reserve the
right, but are not obligated to
delete, move or edit messages or
materials, including without limitation
profiles, public postings and messages
that we deem to violate the code
of conduct set out in any part of
this Agreement or to be otherwise
unacceptable. You shall remain solely
responsible for the content of profiles,
public postings, messages or any
other materials you may upload to
the Service or users of the Service.
Termination of Access to the Service
We may, in our sole discretion,
terminate your access to the Service
(without refund) at any time, without
notice, for any reason, without
limitation. Breach of this Agreement,
any fraudulent, abusive or otherwise
illegal activity, or activity that
may affect the enjoyment of other
users to this Service, or the Internet.
We may, where applicable refer you
to the appropriate law enforcement
agencies.

The Service may contain links to
other Internet sites and resources.
You acknowledge that we are not
responsible for, and have no liability
as a result of, the availability
of External Links or their contents.
It is your responsibility to read
the terms of use and privacy statement
of such External Links prior to
use.
Disclosure
We reserve the right to email you
from time to time to inform you
of any changes to the Service or
any related products. We reserve
the right to disclose information
of your usage of the service in
forms that do not reveal your personal
identity. By use of the Service
you consent to such disclosures
and communications.
Suspension of Service
You accept that we are not responsible
for suspension of the Service, regardless
of the cause and any claim against
us shall be limited to a pro-rata
percentage of the amount you paid
for use of the Service during the
previous 12 months. We may discontinue
at any time.
